About the Boston Raiders

Boston Raiders Youth Football & Cheer (BRYFC) stands as a beacon of opportunity and mentorship in the heart of the City of Boston. Since its inception in 1974, BRYFC has played a vital role in fostering athletic excellence, teamwork, and personal growth among its participants. As a distinguished nonprofit organization dedicated to providing youth football and cheerleading programs for five decades, BRYFC has been a cornerstone of the community, inspiring and uplifting urban youth ages 5 through 16.

As we celebrate our 50th season, we reflect with pride on our legacy as the oldest Pop Warner organization in Boston. Each year, we welcome over 180 young individuals into our fold, a testament to the enduring impact of our mission and the unwavering support of our dedicated volunteers, coaches, families, and community partners.

Our commitment extends far beyond the boundaries of the playing field. Through our programs, we cultivate not only athletic skills but also essential values such as respect, discipline, and teamwork. We provide a safe and supportive environment where every participant can thrive, fostering deep connections within our inner-city community.

At Boston Raiders, our philosophy is holistic. We believe in nurturing well-rounded youth who excel not only in sports but also in academics and character. Our emphasis on education, sportsmanship, honesty, courage, and respect for authority ensures that every participant leaves with valuable life lessons and cherished memories.

Looking ahead, our vision remains steadfast: to evolve and expand alongside the vibrant population of our community. Together, we will continue to empower young minds, enrich lives, and build a brighter future for generations to come.
